Self love is the hardest thing to do

Stop talking about yourself like that
After many years you start to believe it
All that negative self talk is messes with your head
I can relate because I did the same thing to myself for years
It’s exhausting, it’s self inflicted pain.
I would tell myself: Your no good, you’re not worth it, you’re garbage, you don’t deserve anything, you’re a piece of shit, I just want to die, fuck the world, I don’t care about anything, you are not worthy of love from anyone including yourself, you deserve to be treated this way, no one cares about you.
Such powerful statements why do we tell our selves this?

Easy because we do not love ourselves therefore we cannot love anyone else, and then we attract like minded people and surround ourselves with negative energy.
There is a way out
You can change how you talk about yourself
There are people who will love you, when you cannot love yourself, I will love you until you can love yourself.
You don’t have to do it alone; you’re not the only person going through this
You are never alone, even when you turn your back
There is so much more than this, these feelings will subside and a power greater than you will give you feelings that you never even knew you had in you
You will have peace of mind, serenity, joy , love, self love, self respect, compassion for complete strangers, praying for the people that irritate you or make you angry, unselfishness, humility, humbleness, the list goes on!
All you have to do is ask, try, become willing, and become teachable
